Training Center
The Vinton First Aid Crew is home to an American Safety & Health Institute training center. We host a variety of classes for the community and our crew. We host CPR, basic first aid, and many other classes. The crew is also home to Virginia Association of Volunteer Rescue Squads (VAVRS) instructors.

Crew Members
Members of the Vinton First Aid Crew come from many different walks of life. We have members that work for the local government, local businesses, and many other walks of life. The members of the Vinton First Aid Crew have worked hard with the career staff to provide the best level of care to the public. The members of the Vinton First Aid Crew pride themselves on maintaining a great relationship with their career staff colleagues across the region to provide the best level of care to the public. As a volunteer organization within Roanoke County Fire & Rescue, the crew has a wonderful relationship with the career staff who shares our station to provide a top level of care to the residents of the town of Vinton and surrounding area.
